MAGNIFICENT! There are fourteen members and a dog. They are well-armed, mostly with shotguns, but I spy a lever-action rifle, too.
Hunting Club, Father James “Dee” (March 4, 1871, in South Carolina) (bottom left with dog), and son, Charles “Charlie” Allen Ellison (September 23, 1914, in Holla Bend, Pottsville, Arkansas) (Top Left) were from Pope County. Charlie was killed in WWII. In his 1943 enlistment records, Charlie was listed as a farmhand. His father had a farm. He was killed by a landmine in 1945 and is buried in Margraten, Eijsden-Margraten Municipality, Limburg, Netherlands.
